위의 링크 순서대로 bazel을 설치하는 도중 cmd창에서 bazel version이 먹히지 않았다.
bazel-<version>-windows-x86_64.exe) 를 다운받아 bazel.exe로 이름을 변경하였다.
이때 bazel version을 무턱대고 계속 해본 결과 'bazel'은(는) 내부 또는 외부 명령, 실행할 수 있는 프로그램, 또는
배치 파일이 아닙니다. 라는 문구가 계속 출력되었다.
계속 눌러보다 환경변수도 바꿔보고 이것저것 해본 결과
일단 bazel.exe를 cmd창에서 실행시켜 주고 bazel.exe version이라고 하니 잘 동작하였다.
파일 이름을 bazel이라고 했어야 했던걸까.... 무튼 해결... ㅠ ㅠ
